Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a General License with CMRAO.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site leader responsible for day-to-day management of the condominium.
• Ensure compliance with the corporation’s Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness of the property.

Skills

General License in good standing with the CMRAO

3-5 years experience managing residential condominium communities

Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage budgets

Education
