You are an experienced and meticulous bookkeeper with a strong understanding of financial operations in a business setting. You thrive in a flexible, hybrid work environment and enjoy collaborating with leadership to support company-wide financial processes. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with a larger team. You’re also tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations for Bloom. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the executive team, you’ll handle payroll, reconciliation, invoicing, tax filings, and month-end reporting, as well as support departmental financial processes across the agency.
This is a hybrid role with 1–2 in-person days per week at our Montreal office.
