Job description

Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Manager for our Construction & Forestry Edmonton location.

This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the WPS sales department, which encompasses the sale of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment including skid steers and mini excavators, Ditch Witch, Morbark, American Augers, and Brandt Equipment Solutions trailers.

Responsibilities

• Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company asset, including but not limited to new and used whole-goods inventory
• Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
• Management and development of all employees in the Compact Construction Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
• Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
• Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
• Assisting in the management of accounts receivable in conjunction with the Branch Manager and the Credit Department
• Other duties as assigned
