A leading change management organization is seeking a Community Lead for Membership to engage practitioners in developing dynamic programming and community initiatives. This role calls for a visionary with over 10 years' experience in change leadership and community-building, focusing on effective communication and member experience. The position is remote within Canada, offering a competitive salary of $130,000 – 150,000 CAD plus bonuses.

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies.
Technical/Functional Skills
Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 10% travel for conferences, internal meetings and company events.
Work Location: This is a remote role within Canada.
Compensation: $130,000 – 150,000 CAD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
