Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required.
• Experience in community health will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to children, youth, adults and seniors in their homes.
• Manage diabetes, dialysis, and administer IV medications.
• Deliver palliative care and perform phlebotomy.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse
