Job summary

A regional health authority in Manitoba is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services within a community setting. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent primary care or community health nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with diverse populations across the lifespan.
  • Current active practicing registration with the CRNM required.
  • Maintains professional competence through ongoing education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based triage, assessment, and care planning for clients.
  • Perform nursing procedures such as immunizations and venipuncture.
  • Deliver chronic disease management and health education.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
