Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Remote - Burns Lake, BC, servicing the Cheslatta Carrier Nation, Lake Babine Nation, Nee-Tahi Bunn Band, Skin Tyee Nation, Stellat\'en First Nation, Ts\'il Kaz Koh First Nation and the Wet\'suwet\'en First Nation. Travel throughout the Northern Region and sub-regions is required.

About The Role: As Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting communication, collaboration, and planning efforts with First Nations communities across British Columbia. Working as part of a regional team, you will lead and assist in the development and delivery of local engagement initiatives. Your work will ensure that engagement strategies, resources, and activities are well-coordinated, effectively integrated, and aligned with both strategic priorities and operational needs within the Northern Region.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
