What the day will look like
  • Achieve established sales and service objectives;
  • Serve, retain, and grow the business portfolio;
  • Analyze client needs by informing them about various products and services;
  • Maintain good relationships and excellent communication with different departments within the company to effectively respond to client needs (e.g., claims, accounting, etc.);
  • Increase growth opportunities by recommending different products/services when appropriate;
  • Update client records in the management system;
  • Resolve client issues/concerns within the assigned authority;
  • Diligently review accounts receivable;
  • Be available to support team members as needed;
  • May be required to process certain documents, such as letters and cover notes

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Five (5) + years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance ;
  • AMF license in commercial insurance;
  • French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service;
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of Epic system management is an asset
