A leading professional services firm is seeking a Collections Specialist in Vernon, Canada. This role involves managing client accounts, handling collection processes, and ensuring timely client payments. The ideal candidate will hold a college diploma in finance or accounting, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have 3 years of experience in collections. The expected annual pay range for this position is between $47,000 and $71,500, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world. Assist Partners in administering collections according to policies and procedures. Proactively manage all outstanding balances for client payments. Maintain records of clients past‑due balances and follow‑up mandate. The role will be the single point of contact for all collection‑related matters for the assigned Partners and their engagement teams.
This position is required to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
In British Columbia, the expected annual total compensation range for this position is $47,000 to $71,500. The determination of an applicant’s compensation within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition to total compensation, KPMG also offers a comprehensive, competitive Total Rewards program.
