Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of completed projects.
  • Update and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle uploads of files and sync them with the CRM system.
  • Maintain completed records through effective computer-based filing systems.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Enjoy organizing, structuring data, and completing repetitive tasks that contribute to efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience (in-person, email, or phone).
  • Strong organization and filing skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Compensation:

This is an unpaid co-op position designed for educational purposes. The role provides students and emerging professionals with the opportunity to gain real-world office experience in a professional business environment while developing valuable administrative and organizational skills.

Duration :

Flexible term, typically 34 months. We are happy to accommodate academic schedules and co-op requirements.
