CMO Maintenance Officer – Royal Bank of Canada • Toronto, Canada

Overview

Reporting to the Team Manager – CMO Maintenance, you will be responsible for the completion of Cash Management Products maintenances submitted by internal partners, particularly Token requests. This full‑time, in‑office position focuses on facilitating the fulfilment of RBC Express Token orders and includes global responsibilities that are deadline driven.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance requests are attended to within the established SLA – 95% within two business days.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in SCM (Sales and Contact Management – Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Monitor various applications (SCM, Outlook, RightFax, RBC Express, Interview Browsers).
  • Demonstrate the “Client First Initiative” by responding promptly to the needs of all areas in Cash Management Operations and partnering to add value to the client.
  • Share responsibility for complete customer satisfaction, both within the Cash Management Operations group and externally with Service Partners.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities, develop and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply due diligence when completing service requests and investigations, identifying root causes and resolving them.

Must Have
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Deadline‑driven and results‑oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge and competency using Microsoft Office suite, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.

  • Cash Management product knowledge.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
