What you’ll do
  • Be the backbone of our operations and the trusted right hand to the Partners. This is more than an admin role – it’s a chance to lead initiatives, streamline processes, and help shape the future of the firm.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients – warm, professional and proactive.
  • Manage all administration: phones, courier, document flow and office organization.
  • Prepare invoices, maintain receivables and support financial operations.
  • Handle government filings (i.e. T-slips, tax returns, GST returns) with precision.
  • Provide client support: tax balances, payment instructions and document requests.
  • Assist partners directly with special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead client care initiatives and communications (newsletters, LinkedIn, website).
  • Develop standard operating procedures and drive operational improvements.
  • Oversee software systems and all computer related technical requirements.
