Position Overview

The Position: Clinical Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care, professional development of clinicians, and adherence to agency policies.

Office Location/Shift: Hybrid. Candidate will report to closest office location.

Compensation and Benefits

$85,000 - $95,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
• 2 years post BBS licensure

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and services delivered according to best practices.
• Provide individual and group supervision for clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and agency policy.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team members to ensure documentation compliance.
• Work with other department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.
• Monitor and ensure adherence of programs to all governing bodies.
• Review care records to verify required treatment documentation meets agency and professional standards.
• Review and monitor all agency protocols and practices.
• Assist clinicians in developing treatment plans that provide quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
• Other related duties as assigned.
