We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to provide on-site clinical leadership and operational support for our client in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by coordinating nursing activities, supporting a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
The Clinical Nurse Lead will also step in to provide direct nursing care when needed, helping to maintain seamless service during staffing gaps.
