As the Clinical Manager, you will provide the effective & efficient operation and administration of Quality Nursing Services by ensuring and promoting the provision of resident-centered services to meet the needs of residents.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Nursing and provide direct supervision to Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers in the nursing section. Your accountabilities will also include recruitment, hiring, orientation, evaluation, discipline and performance management.

Clinical Managers who join our team and make a 24‑month commitment to Pioneer Ridge may be eligible to receive $10,000 through our Clinical Manager Commitment Incentive Program. Clinical Managers may receive $5,000 after completing their first 1,820 hours and another $5,000 after completing additional 1,820 hours.
