A grassroots nonprofit organization in Canada is looking for a Clinical & Community Lead to provide clinical supervision to interns and facilitate community workshops. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours, with the opportunity to engage in meaningful clinical work. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree, have at least 5 years of clinical experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to trauma-informed care. Interested individuals should apply by sending their resume to the provided email.
At Just Us; We All Struggle Inc., we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care—no matter their story. As a grassroots nonprofit, we’re proud to offer a low-barrier, flexible, and trauma-informed environment where both clients and clinicians are treated with dignity and care. We work with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on those facing systemic barriers and complex trauma.
We are currently seeking a Clinical & Community Lead to join our committed team. This is a high autonomy, highly flexible position ideal for an experienced clinician who thrives in a trauma-informed, client-centered setting. Primarily, you’ll provide clinical supervision to graduate-level interns and engage in training or workshop facilitation. Depending on the non-profit needs, you may offer therapy to a small caseload of high-risk, long-term clients—clients whose needs exceed what our interns can safely support.
Whether you're looking for a few meaningful days each week or something closer to full-time, we’ll work with you to shape a schedule and structure that fits your life.
Please send your resume and a short statement of interest to taylor@justusinc.ca. Tell us what excites you about working with us and how we can support you to do your best work.
