Reporting to the Shellbrook Wine, Spirits, and Beer Team Leader responsibilities for this position include the following:
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits, beer, tobacco, fireworks.
Maintain a clean and well merchandised area including dusting displays, washing shelves and bottles, sweeping, mopping. Exterior cleaning as needed.
Operate point of sale (POS) system and other electronic devices and process sales.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product freshness and rotation.
Position is primarily based in the Wine, Spirits, and Beer department, with cross-support in the C-Store/Gas Bar as needed.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
You must be 19 years of age or older; retail liquor industry sales experience is considered an asset.
You must be willing and able to obtain Serve It Right certification.
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements; standing, performing regular heavy lifting, working in cooler temperatures.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekend and evening work.
