Responsibilities

  • Complete the assigned activities as outlined in daily workorders.
  • Perform inventory of Non-Restorable, Restorable, Questionable and Unaffected Content Items.
  • Packing and initial Pack-Out of items from the Site to the facility.
  • Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion and within budgeted timeframes.

Reports To General Manager

Summary

The Cleaning/Content Technician shall be responsible for completing the activities assigned by the Project Manager. The Cleaning/Content Technician will work alongside Cleaning/Content Technicians, Mitigation Technicians and Restoration Technicians. The Cleaning/Content Technician shall ensure that production schedules are completed on time, and within budgeted timeframes.

Job Duties
  • Complete the assigned activities as outlined in the daily workorders. The Cleaning/Content Technician may be engaged in the production or processing of contents, building cleaning and on‑site inventory on occasion.
  • On Site inventory of Non‑Restorable, Restorable, Questionable and Unaffected Content Items.
  • Packing and initial Pack‑Out of items from the Site to the Paul Davis Facility.
  • Return of items to Site upon the completion of processing.
  • Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion and within budgeted timeframes.
  • Work with other employees to coordinate operations and activities within and between departments when required.
  • Always demonstrate safe equipment operations and work safely.
  • Maintain a professional understanding of the following software platforms:
  • RMS – Restoration Management Software
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 3 years experience as a Cleaning or Restoration Technician.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse, and contents processing is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its Management Team.
  • First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets.
Work Conditions
  • Able to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Manual dexterity required to use tools, equipment and peripherals
  • Overtime as required

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
