A supportive housing organization in Hamilton is seeking a Cleaner to help enhance the lives of tenants experiencing homelessness. The position involves assisting with cleaning, organization, and laundry while promoting independent living skills. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices. Hours of work will normally be day shifts with occasional hours beyond this, as required to meet tenant needs.
Rate of Pay: $22.99/hour - $27.22/hour. Starting salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
