Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry rooms
• Pick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildings
• Vacuuming of the hallways- carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floors
• Shampoo carpets & rugs
• Wipe down appliances inside, out and behind
• Dust furniture, clean all metal fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning of windows, walls, surfaces
• Clean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showers
• Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
• Other related duties as assigned by Regional Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have experience in cleaning job
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible)
• Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work
• Must successfully complete a security clearance
• Flexible to work 5 days a week, may include weekends
• Effective communication and team working skills
