Job Description
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
  • Prepare and implement project plans.
  • Project research and budgeting.
  • Review government regulations and orders. Monitor and optimize safety, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
  • Confidently communicate with customers and other professional contractors.
  • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small and large construction projects safely, in a timely manner, and sustainably.
  • Perform site survey and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by the Institute of Civil Engineers.
  • Registration/licensing as a professional engineer may be required.
  • You may need a minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
  • Knowledge of mapping software and photographic software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy in calculation and design.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals working on a project.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.

Terms of Employment:
