2025 Summer Staff
Starting Pay is $300/week. Housing and most meals are provided.
Position Objective
We are looking for spiritually charged individuals who can’t wait to serve the Lord and others.
We offer a unique opportunity to experience ministry in multiple departments. Your primary job
will be in children’s ministry, but as time allows and the need presents itself, you may have a
chance to work in other departments. We are looking for people who want to worship the Lord in
serving.
Job Requirements
• In love with the Lord and has a heart for discipleship
• A genuine love for working with kids of all ages
• Willing to grow this ministry by seeing a need and helping
• When not actively working, spending some alone time in devotions
• Doing things joyfully things that you may not want to do
• Putting others needs first
• Attend scheduled staff meetings?
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Care for assigned age group during the time that their parents are attending our services
• Follow system set in place by Children’s Ministry Director for weekly schedule planning
• Seek to develop positive, loving relationships with children and youth
• Teach Bible lessons connecting to weekly themes to assigned age group
• Follow system set in place by Children’s Ministry Director for weekly schedule planning
• Build comradery with other counselors by resolving problems, achieving goals, and
completing assignments cooperatively and effectively
• Assist with other aspects of the ministry as assigned by Children’s Ministry Director
• Maintain safe and proper storage of all equipment
• Finish other duties and projects as assigned and scheduled by Children’s Ministry
Director
• Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the guests when on the grounds
