Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with perishable products.
• 3-5 years experience as a production line supervisor.
• 2 years experience in sales order management of a perishable product.
• 2 years experience in procurement management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in developing a sales plan.
• Order and manage cardboard inventory and packaging supplies.
• Re-design and implement picker system.
• Supervise orchard planting and irrigation operations.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of shipments.
