Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced Chef / Cook to join our hospitality operations in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, menu execution, kitchen operations, and maintaining high culinary standards across hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environments.

This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional with strong knowledge of commercial kitchens, food safety, menu planning, and high-volume food production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals according to menu specifications and recipes
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service execution
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food costing
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient commercial kitchen environments
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
