We are seeking an Integration Change Analyst to support the Change Lead in delivering a successful integration program. This role is pivotal in driving adoption and engagement across key initiatives that arise from merging organizations, ensuring seamless cultural and operational integration. The Integration Change Analyst will ensure that employees, managers, and stakeholders from both organizations are well‑prepared, informed, and supported throughout the integration journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Impact Assessment: Analyze how post‑merger integration initiatives affect different employee groups, processes, and systems. Identify areas of overlap, gaps, and opportunities for synergy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Change Lead in mapping stakeholders from both organizations, preparing targeted engagement plans, and tracking feedback to address concerns and foster buy‑in.
  • Communication Support: Draft clear, tailored communications to employees and managers about upcoming changes and integration milestones.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in developing training materials and coordinating sessions to build capability and confidence in new systems and processes resulting from the merger.
  • Employee Experience Focus: Gather insights from employees to ensure integration initiatives enhance the overall employee journey, address cultural differences, and promote a unified organizational identity.
  • Change Readiness Tracking: Monitor adoption metrics, readiness surveys, and feedback loops to identify risks and opportunities unique to post‑merger integration.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the Change Lead, including reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination specific to integration activities.
