Qualifications

• At least 3 years teaching experience, in-person or online.
• 5+ years experience in CG production in a 3D animation studio.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience fixing tech/pipeline issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Super organized with documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new starter technical training across the studio.
• Teach classes on technical tools and pipeline.
• Create and organize training content.
• Keep learning programs updated on the LMS.
• Run the week-long intro class for new starters.
• Manage scheduling for new starter training sessions.
• Support SMEs in content creation.
• Ensure training rooms are prepared.
• Keep process docs current for new training.
