Overview

Thank you for your interest in our Certified Esthetician position with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.

As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and also offer medical laser and waxing hair removal services. We offer state of the art facilities and equipment, effective computerized booking system, uniforms, linens and professional products and professional personal development courses tuition free!

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Explain treatment to client before beginning
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Being able to apply laser hair removal or waxing on hair removal clients
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
