Central Travel is seeking a F/T Travel Agency General Manager
  • NOC Job Code/Title: 00014 - Travel Agency General Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $64.10-$65.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 7040 Yonge Street, Vaughan, ON L4J 1V7

Job Duties:
  1. Develop and set objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments within the company, such as sales, customer service, and operations
  3. Allocate material and human resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  4. Establish administrative controls to monitor and manage the company’s records, and approve promotions to attract and retain clients
  5. Overall personnel planning, including hiring, training, and development
  6. Coordinate the work of different regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operation across the company
  7. Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
  2. Education: A college diploma or other discipline related to the service provided is required
