A regional educational institution is seeking a qualified individual to teach Trades knowledge to youth in grades 8-12 in Dawson Creek and Chetwynd. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, or related fields, and a commitment to student motivation and safety in the classroom. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be prepared to pass a Police Information Check prior to contract start. Opportunities run for two months in July and August.
Term of App't: July & August for a total of 100 hours

Salary: Wages will be negotiated (non-bargaining work/non-credit)
Description:
Northern Lights College's Continuing Education Department is looking to hire an individual with experience in the Trades and has an interest in passing along their knowledge to our youth.
Camps will run in each location in July and August for a duration of 5 consecutive days, from 9:30am – 3:00pm and will be focused on youth in grades 8 through 12. *** The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass a Police Information Check prior to the start of the contract.
