Casual Early Childhood Educator Position

The Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year for the Casual Early Childhood Educator list. This is for day-to-day work only .

Rate of Pay: $16.21/hr. to $17.41/hr.

Locations : Various Schools within the Chignecto-Central Regional Center for Education

Geographical Area: Pictou County, Cumberland County, Municipality of East Hants and Colchester County

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in early childhood education from a recognized institution.
  • Recent experience (within last 5 years) working with pre-school children in an early learning environment; and,
  • Current certification in First Aid/CPR-C
