Responsibilities

  • Maintain a lively and upbeat store environment for customers and teammates.
  • Engage with clients at the cash wrap, offering personalized service and creating positive impressions.
  • Perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure correct ringing and pricing of merchandise, using overrides when necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating product info, care, maintenance, and delivery timelines.
  • Confirm purchases and suggest additional products to enhance sales.
  • Inform customers of ongoing promotions that may influence their purchases.
  • Share product information, testimonials, and details about in-store events to enrich the customer experience.
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies at the cash wrap area.
  • Utilize available resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, complying with company policies.
  • Foster a fair, respectful, and inclusive environment aligned with our People-First Philosophy.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Capable of prioritizing and multitasking effectively.
  • Able to stay mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Proficient in operating POS systems.
  • Capable of lifting and moving medium to large items (up to 75 lbs.) safely.
  • Full-time employees should have open availability; part-time associates must work at least 15 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, with specific scheduling requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move on the sales floor for long periods.
  • Operate POS systems.
  • Lift and move items up to 75 lbs., using proper safety techniques.
