Key Responsibilities :

1. Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and care
2. Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment
3. Understand the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project file
4. Properly handle company machinery and power tools
5. Have knowledge of units of measurement and be able to complete simple math calculations
6. Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home
7. Ensure high quality company standards are met every time
8. Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job
9. Travel throughout the week to various work locations
