T&J Hateley Construction Ltd. is hiring self motivated people for carpenter & carpenter’s helper positions to build our currently small carpentry team.

We are seeking candidates looking to advance their carpentry career in a full time & long term position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years construction experience.
• Vehicle & basic hand tools.
• Proficient with power tools and committed to safe work practices.
• Good attitude with willingness to learn in a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit & reliable.

We are a long time well established construction company based in Sooke and do some renovations but mostly new residential builds in the Sooke area and sometimes into Langford. We construct concrete foundations, wood framing, timber work, some siding & interior finishing.

Wage based on experience with lots of opportunity for advancement with Flexible time-off scheduling.
