Key Responsibilities
Job Structure & Descriptions
- Write, review, and update job descriptions in partnership with managers.
- Maintain a centralized library of job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with career frameworks.
- Audit existing job descriptions and standardize language, structure, and competency alignment.
- Map roles across functions and departments.
Career Paths & Internal Mobility
- Build and maintain clear career paths across functions in Lattice.
- Define core competencies, skills, and behaviors for each level.
- Facilitate promotions and lateral moves; ensure visibility and equity.
- Prepare talent for internal opportunities and create succession plans.
Competency Development & Training
- Assess competency gaps across teams using career frameworks, performance data, and manager input.
- Develop and deliver internal training programs, and resources to close gaps.
- Align programs with career progression and collaborate with managers.
Compensation Framework
- Define market-aligned salary ranges per role/level.
- Link compensation to performance, skills, and career growth.
- Ensure internal equity.
Integration & Enablement
- Provide frameworks, tools and training for growth discussions and team development.
