Best vs. Average Candidate

Best Candidate: Demonstrates a deep, end‑to‑end understanding of client onboarding within the capital markets environment, including the nuances of regulatory, operational, and stakeholder requirements. They are a proactive self‑starter who can independently drive tasks forward with minimal direction and consistently deliver high‑quality outputs. This candidate communicates confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders, anticipates what information is needed, and produces materials and documentation that require little to no revision before executive review.

Average Candidate: Understands core onboarding concepts but may require frequent guidance to navigate capital markets processes or manage complex client scenarios. Communication with senior stakeholders may lack confidence or clarity, and deliverables often require multiple rounds of feedback or refinement before they are presentation‑ready.
