Job Description

The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the following:

1. Order-Pick-Pack-Ship: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Assemble merchandise for shipment, transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment, stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested, and process all packed orders through NetSuite ERP / FedEx, ensuring all required fields are populated.
2. Repack: Repack and weigh orders as necessary, and report any quality variances.
3. Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged. Receive, count, and store incoming packages, especially pharmaceuticals and medical surgical products, with priority given to controlled substances. Maintain proper packaging and handling, especially during extreme temperatures.
4. Equipment: Operate forklifts for order fulfillment when required, inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment regularly.
5. Inventory: Develop a steady picking flow, adjust picking sequences based on usage, conduct physical inventories, and restock inventory by location and expiration date to prevent stockouts.
6. Safety, Sanitation, Security: Keep a clean and organized work area, assist in warehouse security, promote safety in operations, and comply with OSH standards.
