Job Description

As a valuable member of the RS team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent food & beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values.

  • Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
  • Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
  • Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
  • Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory and prepare the bar for service.
  • Act as an ambassador to Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and our community.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as needed.
  • Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Smart Serve certification required.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
