Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting on new business initiatives of varying complexity.
  • Develop project proposals (small to large scale).
  • Lead requirement gathering, tracking, escalation, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and document stakeholder needs.
  • Recommend business solutions with value‑add opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify optimal development/vendor solutions.
  • Support documentation and end‑user training.
  • Contribute to on‑time, on‑budget delivery by identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience using Postman for API level requirements and testing.
  • Salesforce experience required, ideally with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Experience with business systems analysis, software development, data mapping, and potentially ETL processes and Big Data platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the banking or finance sector.
