A dynamic logistics company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will analyze performance and optimize learning and vendor support technologies. Our team designs and implements DoorDash's automated support solutions, with the ultimate goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible.
DoorDash is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the performance, scalability, and ROI effectiveness of our learning and vendor support technology ecosystem. This is a blended role that sits at the intersection of learning analytics, user audits, and vendor technology enablement.
In this role, you will analyze training and operational performance, manage and optimize learning and vendor-facing systems (including LMS and related tools), and translate data into insights that inform CXI leadership and vendor strategy. You will partner closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and the Manager, CXI Vendor & Tech Management, to ensure systems are reliable, data is accurate, and vendor tech programs scale effectively.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
$75,000 — $94,000 CAD
