A leading tech company in Ottawa is seeking a skilled BPA Lead to oversee a team of Business Process Automation specialists. Responsibilities include hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of various automation processes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent, along with 15 years of experience in software development and automation. This hybrid role offers a competitive compensation range from 112,914.08 to 194,331.30 CAD.

This is a hybrid role in Ottawa, ON Canada. The successful candidate will lead a small team of Business Process Automation specialists and personally participate in the hands‑on implementation, integration, and troubleshooting/testing of Business Process Automation flows/processes including web service invocations, embedded scripts, and user interactions. The successful candidate will work with end users and other stakeholders to define and refine the applicable Business Processes prior to implementation and follow‑up with them post‑implementation to confirm that what has been implemented meets the need in practical use.

Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between 112,914.08 - 194,331.30 CAD.
