We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Sponsor Services - Strategic Enablement team, supporting a wide range of functions including Client services, New Group Implementation, GRS New Business and Business Operations (policy services, billing and payment administration, and enrolment services).
This role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve client experience, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to ensure data-driven solutions are at the heart of our service delivery.
The base salary for this position is between $52,800.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
