A prominent manufacturing company is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its customer base in Canada and North America. The role involves identifying and approaching new B2B customers, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the aluminum or building materials sector. A base salary of 40,000-60,000 CAD per year is offered, along with performance bonuses reaching up to 35,000 CAD, with an OTE target of approximately 75,000 CAD annually.

In this role, you focus on opening new customers and generating revenue — engineering, samples, order execution, and logistics are fully handled by backend teams.
