The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Indirect Tax team as a Business Development Manager or Senior Manager. In this pivotal role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and drive growth within our Indirect Tax consulting practice. Your strong understanding of our services, market trends, and competitive landscape will be essential in effectively positioning our offerings to meet our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indirect Tax sector, fostering relationships with potential clients to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and support in delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client engagements, understanding their unique strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to connect with clients and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance client experiences and maintain ongoing dialogue to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and present on key performance indicators related to business development efforts.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Relevant experience, including some previous experience in business development within the professional services sector.
  • Managers – 6+ years of experience
  • Senior Managers – 10+ years of experience
  • A strong understanding of the Indirect Tax landscape and related services.
  • Project management experience and a proven track record of success in complex account management.
