What You’ll Do
- Develop and Implement Winning Sales Strategies to meet and exceed business development goals.
- Build Strong Relationships with healthcare professionals, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations.
- Conduct Engaging In-Person Presentations to educate professionals and families about our exceptional services.
- Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, expos, and professional conferences — become the face of our brand.
- Drive Community Engagement through local marketing campaigns and networking initiatives.
- Maintain Precise Records of contacts, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Partner with Our Team for smooth client onboarding and delivering exceptional service.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Expertise: Successful record in sales or business development. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-Oriented Self-Starter: Highly motivated, driven, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- Organized and Detail-Focused: Strong administrative skills and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Local Knowledge & Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
