A major airline company is seeking a Business and Performance Improvement Analyst to support strategic projects and drive operational improvements. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis, leading business reviews, and developing performance metrics. Weoperatea fleet of F100 and A319/20 jetaircraftfrom our base at Perth Airport and specialise in mining industry charters, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
As a Business and Performance Improvement Analyst within the Customer Delivery and Transformation team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic projects and the delivery of improvement initiatives that drive growth, transformation, and operational improvement across Network Aviation. You will be responsible for identifying business constraints and opportunities, optimising processes, policies, and systems, and delivering solutions that align with organisational goals.
Working closely with the Customer Delivery and Transformation team and multiple stakeholders across the business, you will conduct in-depth analysis, generate insights, workshop solutions and deliver meaningful improvements. You will also lead ongoing business reviews and contribute to the development of customer and operational performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded.
