RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Corporate Access team in coordinating and executing all corporate marketing activities, including deal and non-deal roadshows, site tours, conferences, and sales desk updates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Equity Research, Sales, Trading, I&CB, and global Corporate Access teams) and external corporate clients.
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, meeting venues, and webcast arrangements.
  • Prepare invitations, marketing collateral, and client communications for upcoming events.
  • Coordinate investor conferences and manage 1:1 meeting scheduling (virtual and in-person).
  • Maintain strong relationships with roadshow vendors and service providers.
  • Enter, maintain, and update client records and event information in Salesforce.com / Tier 1 systems.
  • Track and maintain Corporate Access metrics and data to support the creation of pitch materials, reports, and analytics for internal teams and clients.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service and professional communication, setting a positive tone with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, strong teamwork, and conduct that reflects the organization’s cultural values.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic trading floor environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for events or client engagements (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is an asset.
