We are seeking a Junior Analyst – Corporate Access to support the delivery, coordination, and execution of client-facing equity marketing activities across Global Markets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal partners — including Equity Sales, Equity Research, Trading, and Institutional & Corporate Banking — as well as external corporate clients to organize roadshows, site tours, conferences, and related events.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced trading floor environment, excels at logistics planning, and demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities. The position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a keen interest in Capital Markets.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite, Mon–Thurs)
Contract Length: 14 months (with extension or FTE conversion possible)
Hours: 8 AM–5 PM EST
Resumes must clearly indicate any prior experience within Capital Markets, event logistics, corporate marketing coordination, or trading‑floor environments. Familiarity with client interaction, scheduling, and CRM systems should be highlighted.
