About The Job

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements; facilitate discussions and recommend best practices;
  • Prepare estimates, critical paths, and manage project dependencies, risks, and contingencies;
  • Document client requirements for approval;
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure clarity and timely delivery;
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Review solutions for completeness and usability before User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  • Train clients on solutions.
Required and Valuable Background
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 3 years as a Business Analyst in software platforms;
  • Procurement experience (mandatory);
  • Experience with SaaS companies;
  • Client onboarding experience;
  • Familiarity with software development environments;
  • Authorized to work in Canada or the US (no sponsorship);
  • Located in specified US states or Canadian provinces.
