We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience.
The Infrastructure Financial Planning & Analytics Technology (IFPAT) group delivers solutions to optimize the management of Client's Infrastructure & Support Services, supporting processes like Program & Portfolio Management, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, Capital Budgeting, Time Tracking & Billing, Resource Management, and Project Tracking & Delivery Management. The team manages large, complex projects across divisions such as Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
This role focuses on capturing and converting business requirements into functional designs. The candidate will engage with diverse user groups to gather requirements and manage expectations, acting as an advocate for user needs with the application development team, and maintaining strong documentation skills.
The role involves all phases of the software development lifecycle, including:
