Job description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting AI projects. You will work with AI/ML, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and deliverables that help drive AI solutions from idea to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements for AI/ML use cases (e.g., prediction, classification, automation, recommendations)
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specs
• Partner with AI Engineers to define data needs, success metrics, and model outputs that work for users
• Support backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, UAT planning, and release readiness
• Build basic analysis and validation using SQL/Excel
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3–5 years of BA experience, including AI/ML, or related projects
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle basics (data, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
• Experience writing user stories and working in Agile (Jira/Confluence or similar)
• Comfortable working with data (SQL/Excel) and defining KPIs / success metrics

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to model monitoring concepts (drift, performance tracking) and responsible AI basics
• Python for analysis, or experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Experience in regulated industries (banking/healthcare) or with data governance/privacy concepts
