Our client seeks a strategic leader with extensive experience managing the full spectrum of organizational operations, including financial oversight, human resources, labor relations, and stakeholder engagement within the film and television industry. Responsibilities include daily management of all core functions?overseeing budget development and financial controls, supervising staff and contract personnel, coordinating professional training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with provincial and federal labor legislation. Plays a key role in aligning operational activities with the Local?s mission to support and represent its members, while maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, government bodies, and union leadership at local, national, and international levels.
